ARE PETS ALLOWED?

At Eclipse Mountain Venture, we are dedicated to providing a safe and secure home environment for our tenants. With a range of rental options, we offer something for everyone.

We understand how important it is to live somewhere safe and comfortable, and we strive to make sure that all of our properties meet the strictest standards. To ensure the safety of our tenants, we do not allow pets unless they are vaccinated service animals or ESA animals with proper paperwork.

ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

Eclipse Mountain Venture is a rental property service dedicated to providing beautiful and comfortable accommodations to our customers. Our mission is to make sure our customers feel at home and have a memorable experience in their rental property. We understand that everyone’s needs may differ, and we strive to accommodate all of them.

We don’t believe in charging unnecessary fees, so you can rest easy knowing that you won’t be charged for cleaning fees or additional charges unless damage is done to the property. When you rent an apartment with us, you can count on us to provide you with the best service and experience.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

At Eclipse Mountain Venture we value making your stay with us as comfortable and easy as possible. We know that life is turbulent and if you need to cancel your lease early we require a 30-day notice, and you will be charged a 500 dollar cancellation fee. If you fail to provide the 30-day notice you will be charged an additional fee. We will look over any unique situations and occurrences to waive the early cancellation fees upon request.
